Broughgammon Farm’s August supper club, dubbed the “Ethical Plate”, has a focus on ethical food, sustainable eating and the future of our diets, with a four-course menu compiled in collaboration with More Than Fed and Slow Food Northern Ireland. Taking place on August 31 at 7:30pm, the event is BYOB and 10% of proceeds will go towards Slow Food NI. Tickets are €31.70 and limited — Broughgammon Farm’s supper clubs tend to sell out. The next event after this one will be the farm’s well-known “Goatober” supper club on October 12.
